MEET YOUR coach

My name is Lani, and I'm 28 years old. From 2019 to 2023, I went through an incredible personal transformation, losing 75 kgs and rediscovering myself in the process. It wasn’t just about the weight loss—it was about reclaiming my life after feeling stuck and trapped in my own body for so long. This journey taught me so much about health, resilience, and the power of change. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same, guiding them to become the best, healthiest versions of themselves. I acted on my highest excitement to the best of my ability and learned to let go of the outcome. I’ve learnt that there is no end goal to bettering yourself, this is a life long process.

Each obstacle became an opportunity to build resilience and grit, teaching me how to persevere even when things felt tough. I discovered that keeping fitness fun and fresh was essential to staying engaged, exploring new ways to move and train that kept me motivated and excited. By continuously pushing myself out of my comfort zone and welcoming variety, I avoided stagnation and cultivated a dynamic approach to health that felt both rewarding and sustainable.
